If you have never used Express Teller before:
If you have not used Express Teller in the past, you will need to call Express Teller and establish an access code before you can use PC home banking.

When you call Express Teller for the first time, you will be required to correctly enter your account number (please refer to your last statement to make sure you get your account number correct—partial account numbers will not be recognized) and the entire social security number of the first owner listed on your account (again—reviewing your statement will help to determine who is listed first on your account). After you enter this information, you will be asked to select an access code. This will be a new code that you determine yourself. You can change this code at any time by calling Express Teller or on PC home banking.

Call 313.259.0195 or 1.800.239.7119 for Express Teller.
